Aidan Murphy

Organic dairy farmer

Aidan runs an organic natural dairy farm with his wife Aishling and their three boys. After years of growing disillusioned with conventional high input farming, he converted to organic but still felt something was missing.

In 2021 he read an article on KNF and visited Tom Stack in Limerick. It made immediate sense and he soon began making his own inputs and applying them on his land. In 2022 he took the week long course with Chris Trump, which he describes as a game changer. Within six months he saw a clear improvement in cow health. No antibiotics, vaccines or wormers needed.

The grass he grows now is more nutritious, his animals eat less and are fully satisfied, and the pasture has a healthier shine to it. What he loves about natural farming is that it brings the farmer back to nature, it's extremely low cost, and most of what he gets paid for his high quality food, he gets to keep for his family.
