Vegetable grower, fermenter and KNF teacher

Koby is the owner and operator of Cellar Door Collective, an organic heirloom vegetable farm in California. He is a ferment and pickling enthusiast as well as a KNF practitioner, teacher and coach of more than six years.

He grew up tending the family garden, perusing seed catalogues, and has spent most of his life growing, cooking and loving food. Koby has been farming professionally for over a decade, in his home state of California as well as on the east coast of the US.

He sells fresh produce to local chefs and ships value added products around the country, including fermented hot sauces and spice blends.
